Terms of Service and Sale
These terms apply to every order placed through clean-models.com. Seller: CleanModels, [your registered business name, address and company/VAT number]. Last updated: September 2026.
Order acceptance
Adding items to your cart and paying places an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if an item cannot be produced, is mispriced, or stock is unavailable.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in your selected currency; the charge is taken in the currency shown at checkout. Prices exclude any import duties or local taxes, which are payable by the recipient. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. [Confirm with an accountant how sales tax/VAT applies to your sales and whether prices must be shown inclusive of tax in your market.]
Made to order
Every piece is printed to order. Minor variations in finish are normal and are not defects. Product photography and 3D/AR previews are representations; colours can vary between screens.
Shipping
Production takes 2–4 business days, then your order ships tracked. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on our Shipping page.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
You may return an unmounted piece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Custom commissions are non-returnable unless faulty. Damage in transit is replaced free if reported with a photo within 7 days. Full detail is on our Returns page. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you may also have statutory cancellation and conformity rights that these terms do not affect. Intellectual property
All designs, photography and text on this site remain the property of CleanModels. Silhouettes are original interpretations and are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Any manufacturer or model names used are for identification only.
Reviews and user content
Reviews may only be submitted by verified purchasers, are moderated before publication, and must be honest and lawful. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on the site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or infringing.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or data that aren't yours, or scrape it at a scale that affects other customers.
Limitation of liability
Pieces are decorative wall art. Mount them following the supplied instructions; we are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or by the mounting surface. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law — your country/state], and the courts of [your country/state] have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
