If a piece isn't right for your wall, we'll make it right.

Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unmounted pieces in their original packaging.

Email cleanmodels1@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label where available.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back with us.

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship immediately at no cost.

Custom commissions are made to your specification and are non-returnable unless faulty.
